INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup black sesame seeds
- ½ cup pistachios roughly chopped
- ½ cup white sesame seeds
- ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
- ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp miso paste
- ½ cup maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 300°F convection.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix. Heat miso and maple syrup over low heat in a small pot whisking constantly.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly onto the baking sheet and press down firmly.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Then take turn the bark around in the oven and lower the temperature and bake for another 10mins.
- WAIT FOR THE BARK TO COOL COMPLETELY and then break up into pieces.
- Store in an air-tight container at room temperature.
